My number 1 go to place when I feel like going for an indulgent buffet spread for special occasions is definitely the Colony at Ritz. Love the space and I always request to sit near their airwell overlooking the garden. Service is excellent and attentive with complimentary cake and the full works of a birthday song being sung to you if you inform them in advance that you are celebrating a birthday. The array of food also leaves one wishing they had unlimited stomach space to accommodate every item laid out for their spread. Some of the notables I usually “target” include the fresh seafood, the grilled meats station and definitely the rows and rows of petite cakes. When feeling indulgent, I would opt for the dinner buffet as the unlimited servings of grilled lobsters and freshly shucked oysters are to-die-for!
