The journey to Dhoby Ghaut is definitely not near but the satisfaction that I get from biting into a Bacon Cheeseburger is just beyond any words that can be explained. It’s just unfortunate that they are not available for islandwide delivery, only to selected locations via GrabFood, but it also makes the excitement and anticipation all that higher as you have to personally travel all the way down to the restaurant to get the burgers, just like how Harold and Kumar makes the journey to White Castle in the movie. During the entire circuit breaker, I have had food that will leave you feeling satisfied and comforted, and Five Guys definitely ranks up there at the top. No trip to Five Guys is complete if you did not order any of their iconic and customisable burgers, with a side of their freshly cut potatoes that’s cooked in 100% peanut oil. And the golden question that might be on your mind, “how are the burgers and fries after all the travelling time?”, my answer to that is that the burgers that are wrapped in foil, is still warm and though the fries might have turned slightly soggy, it is still darn addictive.

Missing the Five Guys roasted peanuts that you can self service at their outlets? Fret not if you think that they have ceased this service, since dining in has been temporarily suspended, as you can request for a pack of these peanuts by asking from the staff during your order collection.
