Fried chicken (not dry on the inside thankfully) drenched with gritty salted egg yolk sauce on waffles is a sinful but indulgent combination for breakfast. Not a good idea if you're intending to head to office with a food coma in tow. Nevertheless, salted egg yolk sauce is done well (like the kind you'd find in zi char stalls) but waffles needs to be further improved 🙁 Paired it with an Apple Cinnamon Coffee ($6) that comes with a cinnamon stick for you to stir your drink. How fun!
