The star of this limited-edition menu has got to be the Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam XO White Beehoon ($10.80), an upgraded version of their signature original white bee hoon. The other three dishes that contains the dried scallop hae bee hiam include the homemade soy tofu topped with minced pork ($13.80), classic stir-fried French beans ($14.80) that has wok hei and flavour, and the unanimous favourite, stir-fried prawns ($20.80) with mushrooms and capsicum. To go alongside these new dishes, diner can order the exclusive osmanthus oolong cold brew ($3/$7.50) that is a tea blend from Teabrary.
