[Outram Park] Pieces of eggplant, red chilli, bell pepper and tofu stuffed with a flavourful paste of squid, fish and prawn—the ingredients in their famed Claypot Yong Tao Foo ($15) comes nicely charred, giving a better flavour than the usual boiled kind (which retains a rawer bite compared to the crisper feel that you’ll taste here), and it’s all braised in a savoury gravy, with the slightest hum of heat in the background.
