But oh BOY. The mascarpone๐Ÿฅฐ. Smoother than ricotta, fluffier and lighter than cream cheese, the mascarpone met its sweeter match in the form of honey. Spread out generously on the famous sourdough, and you got yourself the perfect brunch toast ๐Ÿž

The honey, though clearly visible, wasnโ€™t that obvious. Some parts were inbalanced and drowned out by the mascarpone.
