Together with the team from CÉ LA VI Singapore, the participants include Krapow Thai Street Food, Bee Kee Truffle Wanton Noodle, Spice & Rice, Burgs by Project Warung, Moghul Mahal and Rappu.

Chef Ratree from Krapow Thai Street Food will be presenting four dishes for this event, with a starter of Crispy Fried Chicken Wing ($15) marinated Thai herbs and spices, two mains of Pad Thai Tiger Prawn ($32) and Pad Thai Double Egg & Tofu ($24), and a dessert of Red Ruby Green Emerald ($14), a coconut shaved ice with poached water chestnuts.
