We requested it to be done medium rare and received a medium instead, the accompanying sea salt was crucial in bringing out the meaty umami flavour.
There are two homemade dips (Peppercorn and/or Béarnaise) available at a top up of (💵S$2 each) however they did not do much to enhance the flavour of the beef. Get their Balsamic Mushroom (💵S$7) instead, caramelised with onions and the reduced sauce is perfect as a dip for the beef. 🔖
