For first timers like myself, I highly recommend you go for the Beef Cutlet ZEN with a cold Soft-Boiled Egg dipping sauce (160g for 1580 JPY, 130g for 1380 JPY). ZEN is a Japanese-styled set meal which you'll get the cabbage, curry sauce dip, Japanese salt and pepper dip, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce in addition to the egg sauce. Back to the star of the dish, the tender medium rare beef is so satisfying from each bite that I literally counted how many pieces I have left on my plate. At the end, I told to myself one thing: I NEED MORE OF THESE!
