From their signature series, one can get the Fish with Green Pepper Soup which comes with thick cuts of sliced fish, enoki mushrooms and tomatoes that you can add into the broth. The initial few sips might taste rather bland but as you keep boiling the ingredients, the soup gets richer and more flavourful. Towards the end, you can even mix it with some rice.
