For the occasion, the chefs at Seafood Paradise have come up with new cooking methods and dishes, that will be available from 7 March to 30 April, such as the Salt-baked Sri Lankan Crab (based on menu pricing) which you can taste the natural sweetness from the meat with a veil of salt from the baking, the Stir-fried Local Lobster with Black Truffle Sauce (based on menu pricing) and Champagne Pork Belly Rib ($23.80) which comes with a nice sweet and tangy finish from the champagne sauce. Additionally, there is the Roasted Chicken with Crispy Garlic ($40.80) that contains the moreish crispy garlic bits.

The 50% off promotions kicks off with the Signature Creamy Butter Sri Lankan Crab topped with Coconut Crumbs or Sri Lanka Crab with Popular Singapore Style Chilli (7-13 Mar) before moving onto the Stir-fried Japanese Live Clam with Spicy Garlic Sauce (14-20 Mar), Poached Tiger Prawn with Chinese Herb in Superior Stock (21-27 Mar), Boston Lobster tossed with Salted Egg Yolk (28 Mar-3 Apr), Steamed Dragon Tiger Grouper with Preserved Turnip (4-10 Apr) and lastly, the Steamed Scottish Bamboo Clam with Minced Garlic (11-17 Apr).
