The hotel has put together an enchanting line-up of Christmas treats, available from 15 November to 2 January with desserts such as Pink Party Christmas Tart ($68), Jolly Holiday Travel Cake ($98), Beary Merry Yule Log ($98) and not forgetting the iconic Goodwood Mao Shan Wang Durian Christmas Log Cake ($138). For the savouries, there will be Asian-inspired all-turkey dishes such as the Chinese-style Braised Whole Turkey with Braised Eggs, Peanuts & Homemade Chilli Sauce ($388), DIY Turkey Popiah Roll ($78), Wok-fried Carrot Cake in Homemade Sambal Chilli with Turkey Meat ($48) and lastly the Slow-roasted Iberico Pork Belly with Crackling accompanied with Potato Gratin ($418).

From the new items in savoury mains’ selection, the braised whole turkey will be a unique twist from the traditional roasted turkey as this is slow braised with a myriad of aromatics and herbs, done like the Teochew-style. Each order comes with six braised eggs, braised peanuts, homemade chilli sauce, a choice of yam rice with preserved sausages, mushrooms and dried shrimps or thick rice porridge and braised gravy. The Wok-fried Carrot Cake is another not to be missed out on as the dish is paired with tender turkey breast, bean sprouts, diced capsicums and chives.
