Ever since its feature by Food King NOC, this Chicken Biscuit Curry Rice Set ($6.80) has been so well-received that it often gets sold out! Not surprising to me cuz I AM A HUGE FAN OF THIS TOO! 💕 If there is only one thing on Fu Xiang’s menu that i can order, THIS would be it! 😉

Despite a really close fight with its signature Curry Chicken, I am awarding more points to the Chicken Biscuit for its novelty & uniqueness, plus I get to enjoy their curry sauce too! Isn’t that the best of both worlds? ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Remember those good old Khong Guan soda biscuits we used to dip in milo? The chefs at Fu Xiang has found another brilliant use for them - as batter for their fried chicken - and I must say that it really works! ✔

Not only do the biscuits bring an irresistible crunch to the tender chicken fillet, its mild sweetness also complements the savoury & rich chicken curry very well. 😋😋😋 This holy matrimony of sweet & savoury (+ spicy kick of the curry & fragrance from the deep-frying) is just exceptional - I am sure u will down the bowl of fluffy white rice effortlessly, just like I did. 🐷
