Bold and velvety, the unapologetically decadent flavours were the Belgian Chocolate, premium Pistachio and Nuts About Ferrero - all delicious classics done right. However, if I were to pick just one I would have the premium Nuts About Ferrero from the trio as it combines the best of both scoops - creamy, chocolatey, and nutty. The fragrance from the hazelnut had a great intensity and mix that in with fun bits of Ferrero Rocher - real good.

($4.70/ single, +$1 premium flavour)

For tea lovers, the Earl Grey Lavender was a wonderfully earthy number. Light and fragrant, the hints of lavender infused into the premium gelato offered balanced floral notes that weren’t too overpowering in my opinion.

The Lychee Rose was also a dainty floral-like flavour with a refreshing fruity note - quite aromatic and milky. A nice blend of the two key flavours, it served as a welcomed palate cleanser if you just had something heavy and cloying.

For those seeking something a teeny weeny bit richer, the premium Caramel Butter Crumble was not all that jelat but the caramelised cookie flavour was so good - speculoos and biscoff fans unite.

Did you already blow your New Year's resolutions? Cause I sure did. And while I am on a roll, it doesn’t hurt to indulge in slightly healthier options. About 50 to 90 kcal per scoop, Goodlato’s handcrafted gelato ($4.70/ single, +$1 premium flavour) offers a promising alternative.

A unanimous favourite, the signature Ube really hit the spot with its relatively creamy consistency and unquestionably, good ube gelato is hard to find in Singapore. Like a pleasant cross between sweet potato and yam, the premium scoop was slightly nutty, earthy, and delicately sweet with a subtle vanilla-like taste.

Likewise, the premium Blueberry Cheesecake was a well-balanced scoop that reminded me of an old-school raspberry-swirl ice cream as the cheese flavour was pretty mild here.
