A classic dish that consist of perfectly grilled Unagi with caramelised unagi sauce glazed across on top of the warm rice. Wished that there were more of that sauce but nevertheless, thanks for giving me a chance to try this 😄

Chunky seafood. Would prefer the rice slightly more moist.
