This is my fourth visit to 炳胜 (Bing Sheng) for the past 3 years, and it is my favourite Cantonese restaurant with over 100 items in their menu. Two of my favourite dishes I always ordered are Special stir fried dish Nansha style (Rmb48, Sgd 9.60) and their award winning Black BBQ Pork (Rmb78, Sgd15.60). I can't seem to resist the lotus roots with prawn meat fillings and the caramelised pork cubes 😋
We also ordered the following dishes for the first time and everything taste great! 🐔Bing Sheng style steamed chicken (Rmb98, Sgd19.60), Salted Steamed Chicken with Lychee Taste.
🐖 Crispy BBQ Pork (Rmb68, Sgd13.60), Deep Fried version of Char Siew cubes.
🍄 Braised Fried Tofu with Chicken Soup (Rmb48, Sgd9.60), A Tofu dish is definitely recommended here, and I always ordered a different tofu dish to try.

Overall an enjoyable experience with quality restaurant food in SG Zhichar price! 😀 It's a must visit restaurant in Guangzhou!

It's outer layer is nicely caramelised and the proportion of meat and fats in every piece is just right for me. It's the best Char Siew I have ever eaten!
I love the fried lotus root with prawn bits in it 😋
