They innovated haha. I trust them so much I tried it. The duck wraps were fine. As usual the noodles were very Hong Kong standard.
I've returned to the dish that made me fall in love with this stall haha. The pork and its cartilage are so perfect here. They usually whip up a mean noodle too, but on this day it's decent not great.
I have a list of grossly underrated food stalls and this is among them. For some reason I haven't reviewed their awesome soft bone noodle, but this day I tried this. Check out how big the trotter is at $4. Contrary to the photo and the Chinese name, they serve the actual trotter with all its meat and fats. As usual, springy uncluttered noodles and soup I can drink all day. Came with pig skin too.
Fried and boiled variants of wantons are given, though they were average at best.
