Beef slices wrapped over a bowl of rice, topped with raw yolk and spring onions. Aplenty of curry gravy with bits of beef in it. Flavorful.
Mackerel was well cooked, fresh and tender. Spritz some lemon juice over it and pair with horseradish for a more refreshing flavor. Served with white rice, mini salad, miso, pickles and two pieces of warabi mochi. Mochi wasn't as silky soft and elastic as what I've had in Japan. A little pricey for the portion.
The rice is topped with a generous serving of negitoro and uni, and a sous vide egg for good measure. Season it with a little shoyu and it’s a luxurious bowl of goodness for a ‘simple’ lunch. #burpple #hokkaidoizakayasg
Hokkaido kaarage-bigger than normal karage. Really crispy and juicy, i think the batter was thicker than usual karage 4/5
Japanese pub kind of restaurant on japan food town Not really a drinker, only had their food, was pretty good. Wagyu Curry rice with roast beef-normally i like thicker curry, but even though their' isnt exactly runny, it is still rich and tasty. not really spicy, has chunks of beef with it. To top it of, sliced of roast beef and runny egg yolk, really nice curry dice 4.25/5
Served with onigiri, this Soba is good on its own for a quick lunch.
Soaked the Tempura into the soba for a different texture and additional flavour
