There’s broccoli, sausages and an egg over curry rice. It’s a yummy option lunch option if you’re in the area.

It has been years since i have last been here. I was feeling quite fussy about what i wanted that day and the waiter was so patient and friendly in terms of giving me suggestions and modifications to the dishes. I decided to go with their soft shell crab aglio olio as not many places have it. The pasta was cooked to perfection; al dente and the aglio olio flavor was there. The soft shell crab was crispy, soft and delicious. Full of meat. However, for $19 i was expecting a larger portion , especially for the crab which is quite small.

Tried brunch at Hoshino Coffee at HV. The dish was the steak and souffle omelette with the souffle pancakes. The steak was cooked to medium and was quite good quality. The omelette was foamy on the inside and the souffle pancake was more like a cake than a souffle. Overall, the dish is 6 out of 10.

Good dish to order if you are not too hungry as the portion is rather small. The soufflé was a little bland (nicer if it were creamier) and the rice was nicely cooked, much comfort food feels. Not a lot of meat given though. Not the best priced dish at Hoshino.

pretty disappointing tbh. was excited as i had seen it a couple of times but we felt there was insufficient matcha for both pieces so the bottom layer was dry. also it was a 40 minute wait even during off peak. wld pass this next time :-/

Presentation looks exciting and the omu itself was fluffy, but not for the rice which overcooked; making the rice hard to bite. Only a few pieces of beef inside. The curry doesn’t taste appetite as well.
