Simple 15 course vegetarian meal but delicious and very filling. Interesting to learn to eat with fingers.
1st step : wash hands 'coz using fingers to eat
2nd step : split rice into 5 portions
3rd step : start with pouring the Dhal & Ghee (yellowish lentil & ghee dish in mini cup on the left) on the 1st portion of rice
Eat with the vegetable dishes on top row : vegetable salad, eggplant, potatoes, carrot & bean pickle
Don't forget the Appalam (crackers) by the left side too.
4th step : after the Dhal & Ghee, start on the Sambar on the 2nd portion of rice
5th step : start on the Tamarind flavoured dish on the 3rd portion of rice
6th step : start on the Rasam (Pepper Soup ) (top right) on the 4th portion of rice.
Help in digestion
7th step : start on the Yogurt (bottom right) on last portion of rice. Add salt (top left) for flavouring
