This pizza is definitely much more artisan than Domino's or Papa John's. Their pizzas are generally 12" and you get to choose between a rustic or traditional crust. We chose the Napoli Bianco with Rustic Base (RM51.20 after tax). This pizza had a generous amount of toppings including beef meatballs, beef pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, diced chicken and an Alfredo base. I've never had an Alfredo based pizza before and I thought it was pretty interesting. Honestly I wish there was a tad bit more sauce and cheese on it; it was rather dry and lack of seasoning. But at least it wasn't soaking in a pile of sauce! Maybe it was the small amount of sauce but I thought the Alfredo base was not as overpowering as a typical marinara base would be. The rustic base was perfect since I prefer my pizzas with a thinner crust, slightly crispy and not too filling. I absolutely loved how the toppings came in bigger chunks! You can actually taste the flavors of the individual toppings and the meatballs were pretty damn good. I usually hate arugula on salads but it really works with the pizza; it adds a certain earthiness to the pizza and the bitterness I hate is almost unnoticeable.
I wouldn't mind having pizza here again! Plus they serve free bread with *herb infused* olive oil and vinegar 😍
