Crisp & flaky but HARD pastry layer sandwiched with creamy rich Matcha butter, custard and sweet chestnut. If it had better pastry layer, this will be a great dessert.🙂

Sweet Matcha & Sour Raspberry cream over a HARD base pie topped with foamy sweet lightly torched Sakura Meringue.🤨 Matcha taste being overpower. Just felt a little weird after tasting it.🙄

Pillowy light & airy Matcha chiffon cake with sweet smooth milk cream and Japanese "Ogura" beans. Probably, the only pastry I recommend from what I had.👍😋

Mont Blanc tart with a twist. Specially made for the matcha lovers. Sadly the tart was a little hard for me as it was taken straight out from the fridge.

My friend ordered a small cup to share. We had the houjicha and soba-cha flavour. While The houjicha was rich and with roasty undertones, the soba-cha is the real deal and taste just like the Japanese Buckwheat tea. Nutty, earthy and oh so enjoyable. Some of the notable flavours there are black sesame, matcha milk and Japanese whisky.

A dollop of lightly torched Sakura meringue sits atop a flaky light pastry with a brimming raspberry cream-filled center. Cut open to discovering a layer of matcha ganache. Just the right amount of tartness and sweetness. I love it.
