The cream in their ebiko pasta was rich and coated every strand of pasta so nicely while the grilled tiger prawns had a very smokey flavour. The crispy baby squid were crispy, rice was salty enough and the burst of umami from the salmon roe added extra texture.

The prawns were really fresh and well cooked. Overall a dish that can be enjoyed without getting sick of it
The meat was tender and moist, off the bone easily and melts in your mouth. The marinate was not overly done, very balanced and the vegetables countered the savoury with fruit sweetness. This was gorgeous and really easy on the palate. #burpple #bali #balifoodies #islandlife
Visually deceiving, it is really light on taste and the roe gave it texture and a hint of sweetness. Tiger prawns were de-shelled and fresh.
