But my favourite dish turned out to be the You can choose to get it with chicken, pork beef, prawns, or simply plain. We ordered the prawns, but they were the supporting act here as the egg was unimaginably crispy and fluffy. Itโ€™s hard to believe a simple omelette was my top pick, but itโ€™s really that good.

Another popular dish was the Sensationally seasoned and captivatingly crispy, these strips of pork proved to be highly addictive.

Featuring a sour, less spicy broth and thick, succulent slices of fish, the ๐—ง๐—ผ๐—บ ๐—ž๐—ฎ (๐—™๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต) was impeccable.

The ๐—ž๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ผ ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐—ถ (๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ถ ๐—–๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐˜† ๐—ก๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—น๐—ฒ) impressed with its rich, flavourful soup and humongous, tender chicken drumstick. Besides the al dente noodles, the small portion of crispy noodles was also very good.

Korat Thai Cafรฉ, which was recently bought over by Class 95 DJs The Muttons, may not be situated in the swankiest of locations, but youโ€™d definitely be rewarded for making your way to the now-deserted Orchard Towers.

The two noodle dishes we tried came with contrasting soup bases but were equally delicious. The molten egg yolk, sour-spicy soup and springy noodles in the ๐—ง๐—ผ๐—บ ๐—ฌ๐˜‚๐—บ ๐—ฅ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป were delightful. We chose the pork version and the pork belly, with a crackling layer of skin, was especially enjoyable.

Hidden in Orchard Tower is Korat Thai, which serves mouthwatering Thai Dishes!

Here is what we tried:
-Tom Yum Mama: This is good for 2-3 pax! Super comforting bowl of tom yum creamy soupy noodles! This pot of tom yum mama has sio bak, prawns, pork ball, squid and also crab meat! And not forgetting the iconic egg yolk that all tom yum mama noodles should have!

-Crispy Garlic Pepper Pork: This was sooo good! We loved it! Super umami!

-Crispy fried egg: We were recommended to get this dish. And my my, it was so good! Crispy and fluffy! Totally love it! A small portion ($3.50) is good for 2 pax!
