Little crabs in the Steamed Crab with Glass Noodles definitely makes up for its size with its incredible flavour.

Yum Woon Sen (Spicy Vermicelli Salad) - a plate of translucent vermicelli tossed in a sour and slightly sweet dressing. This was complete with toppings of minced chicken, black fungus and two juicy shrimps. The addition of sliced shallots added a bit of crunch to each bite.

The Soup Braised Beef Noodles consists of a generous amount of braised beef, kang kong, fried garlic and thin rice noodles sitting in a hot broth.

The fish maw soup here is rich and thick, yet not overpowering. Coupled with some bamboo shoots, pig’s blood and quail eggs, this is simply perfect.
