At their new outlet at orchard. The duck skin was crispy but the meat was a little dry and gamey
Bagel was a little chewy but quite soft. The beef was a little dry.
Pizza crust was great. As I don't take feta, I requested to switch to other cheese instead. I chose Burrata. They were a little too generous with the hoisin sauce.

Noodles were a little overcooked this time. It was not as springy.
I am surprised with the standards here. Surpassed my expectations. Interesting combination. Beef was flavourful. Chips were handmade (my guess). Who would have thought of having Bonito flaks on top of a steak! They did! Sauce was a little too salty for me but other than that it was all good.
Yummy grilled asparagus with miso and garlic. Thought garnishes are just decoration? No, not here. The leek strips are just as tasty!
Noodles was springy.Beef rump was a little too tightly packed resulting in a slighty tougher meatball. Broth was pretty good
Head Chef came to my table to shave the white truffle for my dish. Pleased with the service. The egg tagliolini was good. Al dente.but the sauce was a little overpowering the truffles.
Octopus is average. Steak frites (using the rump) not bad but lack the charred bits.
Soft buttery bun with chilled lobster chunks.
