Waffles In Singapore

Looking for a fresh & zesty waffle? Go for the lemon & white chocolate sundae and opt for the additional buttermilk waffle! The Tahitian vanilla ice cream was light and refreshing, the lemon jelly added a nice tang, the cornflake crumble added nice texture and the waffle wasn't too heavy or soggy. Happy belly! $14 for the sundae and an additional $5 for the waffle.

Cause waffles and ice cream makes everything better — especially with brûléed nanas and popcorn thrown into the mix. Had ours with double scoops (duh) of Salted Caramel with Brownie and Earl Grey Lavender, both of which were fantastic. The first had a lovely balance of flavours and was just creamy enough, while the latter was so so fragrant, easily among the best earl grey ice cream I've had. Waffle was neither as fluffy nor crisp as I'd like, but considering the stellar ice cream we got, I can close an eye or two.

In frame is the Duck & Waffle $25, the meat for the duck leg confit was strangely red. And waffle texture was as crispy a biscuit. 😬

😍 Drove to the extreme west for Archipelago Creamery, decided to go ahead with butterscotch waffle because their shibuya toast comes with 2 scoop of vanilla gelato and we can't choose our flavours 😟 Anyway, overall disappointing.

This stack of goodness at Griddy comes with vanilla and strawberry cheesecake gelato, topped w marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles. 🌈

Back the newly opened Montana which is now located on the second floor. Tried the Assam crab waffle $18 - pleasantly surprised at the flavour. This Assam spiced waffle was moist and flavorful, along side with seasoned crab meat and pineapple cucumber salsa. Pretty good overall, would suggest sticking to their waffles, the truffle egg pasta on the other hand was disappointing.

One of the items we had is the Smores Waffle $12, stuffed with melted marshmallows, melted chocolate, biscuit crumbs and sandwiched with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in between. The waffle leans towards the dense texture, best accompanied with the ice cream. 🍴

Featuring The Durian Waffle $17, topped with pure mao shan wang durian flesh, coconut ice cream (😍👍🏼), coconut jelly, condensed milk and coconut flakes. Durian lovers, this is definitely for you. // Thank you @battermaker @mjteo for having us 😊
