Famous for their Yakitori and Premium Sake. Highly recommended as this is my personal favourite place to sit at the bar counter, sip on my sake and enjoy my Yakitori freshly cooked the chefs.

Japanese fusion, Taiwanese franchise newly open in Malaysia. Good food and reasonable price. Whole selection of Japanese cuisine and sake. Highly recommended for Japanese food lovers.

The tender slices of marinated pork belly are good, but the limelight is almost entirely stolen by the incredibly fragrant garlic fried rice – you can catch a whiff of its mouthwatering pungency before it even reached the table. The well-separated grains of rice are swathed in a delicious aroma of wok hei, making me want to chase every bite with another.

Well marinated with sweet sauce and BBQ to perfection. My mouth is already drooling..

Salmon with rice

Thickly sliced with an amazing caramelized exterior, this charcoal toasted char siew also boasts the perfect lean meat to fat ratio (RM18 for medium portion). Dunk it into the thick sweet sauce, and pair it with a bowl of Hakka Mee (original version) for a match made in heaven. The smooth, silky noodles are tossed in just the right amount of oil and topped with minced pork and crunchy fish skin. Remember to ask for a fattier or leaner cut of char siew, according to your preference. Be sure to get there early, especially on weekends but if you can't, it’s still worth the wait.
