Australian-based brand Luxe opens a cafe on Keong Saik Road serving coffee and Australian cuisine, with its spaciousness and laid back vibes making for a chilled out environment. You must definitely try the Luxe Hanger Steak Burger ($24) — charcoal buns, grilled mushrooms, chilli butter and a beautifully rare hanger steak. You might be tempted to go for the MerryBerry Ricotta Hotcakes ($24 with a scoop of ice cream), but for the same price, the steak burger certainly gets our vote. Be sure to go in groups, as the smallest table seats 6 to 8!

And I am excited to be in Sydney again in 3 Days! What shall I eat?
Dont think anywhere else sells Sio Bak Hambaobao! But beware, there is actually wasabi mayo in the burger! Shall revisit to try this again without wasabi next time
Potato Head Folk || Honky Tonk
Buttermilk fried chicken was absolutely lips smacking and it goes totally well with their big poppa hot sauce!
Step into the whimsical world of kitsch interior decor and be enchanted by the small yet drool-worthy selection of gourmet burgers and sides. My friend and I tried the Baby Huey (think juicy beef patty. Mmm!), Honky Tonk (crispy deep fried chicken with onion relish) and Naughty Fries (hand cut potatoes topped with minced beef and deep fried shallots. A little Asian twist to your normal beef fries). The buns were fluffy and soft, and the best part was that they don't get soaked in the juicy patty/sauce. I personally felt that the fries had a very oily aftertaste once we were halfway through it, but it was pretty interesting and tasty I must admit! Bless my clogged arteries! 🍔🍟
