Durian Pengat (S$9++)
Traditional Nonya favourite of durian flesh cooked down with Pandan and Gula Melaka. Sinpopo served it with coconut 🥥 ice cream 🍨 and house made browned butter croutons.

Live Whole Lobster steamed on a bed of glass vermicelli in House-made soy sauce, finished with ginger, spring onion, Chinese parsley.
Served with Fragrant jasmine rice.
With lobster fork 🍴 and cast lobster to assist, although one would much prefer a pair of lobster shear too for the legs.

No it’s not available on the menu.
One of the dishes which we had during the #OnTheRedDotCh5 Heritage Food Trail by @mediacorpch5 .
It was quite dense which reminded one of a certain kueh.
