Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder marinated with coffee spiced dry rub; BBQ sauce infused with cold brew concentrate with caramalised onion in between buttered Sesame Toasted Buns. Pulled pork was not too dry, though it seemed a tad overpowering with heavy flavours of the BBQ sauce and Cold Brew concentrate that seemed to dry up the throat. Love how the fries tasted rather Asian with its seasoning instead of usual salt or Cajun.

Overall yummy but nothing too special. I liked the fries though! They were basically wedges disguised as fries.

U can custom made your own burger- choose the patty u want (chicken, beef, pork) and ur bun (curry,beetroot, charcoal,spinach).

Fresh QLD. soft shell mud crab roll w fennel & dill salad & lime mayo in a brioche bun.

This burger at omakase was simply mouth-watering. I think I can safely say that it's the the best or second-best burger I've eaten in SG! The cheese melts on the patty perfectly 😍

I've recently developed quite an appetite for trying out different sorts of artisanal burgers. So here's my start for seeking out burger joints around #Singapore. 😋

Mu Parlour is situated on 2nd floor on the row of shophouses at Holland Village (above Thai Express). Inside was cosy and bright, a great place to hang out and chill for brunch or dessert. We ordered the mu platter that comes with 2 burgers of choice, buffalo wings and garlic fries for sharing. We chose cheese burger with bacon and portobello burger. The burgers came in soft charcoal buns, and pretty juicy beef patty and thick portobello mushroom. The buffalo wings was also nicely done with a spicy kick and the shoestring fries was delish thanks to the fragrant garlic. They also have a variety of dessert and specialty cocktails that looks pretty interesting but we were too full to stuff ourselves further.

Crafted it myself! Dry aged beef, bacon, fried egg, blue cheese and umeboshi mayonaisse w/o onion and dill pickle.

built my own burger today! the wagyu beef patty was grilled to perfection (medium rare) and together with the red cheddar cheese, sautéed mushrooms and garlic mayo...it was amazing. the garlic parmesan buffalo wings were good as well and you can choose the level of spiciness! only con about my meal today was the heavily floured onion rings :( but other than that... it was an awesome meal. very fulfilling and would definitely come back again!
