Old School Delights’ Mee Siam - it is served with a spicy, sweet and sour light gravy. The gravy is made from a rempah spice paste, tamarind and taucheo (salted soy bean).

The outer shell is so thin and crispy, shattering easily on the first bite. As the dough is so well executed, the curry puff stays crisp without turning soggy.
