My favorite among all. Soft carrot cake fried to perfection. You're able to taste the "wok-hei" and not to mention, plentiful of beansprouts that were crunchy as well. Oh I need another plate of this now!

As mentioned by their restaurant manager, this is off the menu. It is one whole prawn for 1 butterfly prawn!

The best Siew Mai I've had so far! They are very generous with their prawns. How to know whether the prawns used are fresh? They're do not smell bad, not slimey but crunchy.
