Prawns 10 for $12! Really like how they have daily seafood deals for a steal.

First time trying 4Fingers, and it was worth!the!hype! Set include fries (seaweed or kimchi) and a drink (you can choose hot drinks as well, so I went for the green tea). It’s a pretty good fast food version of Korean fried chicken, and if you like them sweet and crispier, go for the wings and drumlets. Tried the drumstick, which, though meatier, was less tasty and sinful.

Would have preferred this less sweet and more aromatic; probably go for the sago or steamed egg desserts next time.

Torn between getting masala or paper thosai when I realized there was a combination of both?? Excitedly paired the crispy thin thosai with masala :) though the potatoes turned out to be rather disappointing, lacking in flavour; same goes for their chutneys. Go for their free flow fish curry instead!

Living in the area, I have seen way too many restaurants open, only to succumb to the Upper Thomson competition. This old-school establishment has withstood the test of time and fickle tastebuds to deliver solid zichar fare and chicken rice.

Back at 133 Seafood Kitchen, glad that they have not disappeared yet, and more people are dining here. Their curry fish head still at $18 I think!

This too, wasn’t very Korean, but had a very pleasant mochi-like texture, so no complaints. Get the soups instead for some pretty legit Korean vegetarian food!

Got the japchae spicy version and it was an insane extra chilli padi kind of spicy, which slowly killed me and I only managed to finish 3/4 of it (also because the portion is huge). It might be because the spiciness was murdering my tastebuds, but this was definitely no Korean food, nevertheless still should be pretty good (please get non-spicy).

Got the lu rou fan, beef noodle, oyster mee sua to share, and added a large chicken chop, crispy shiitake, veg and cucumber salad. Everything was pretty decent (except the weird cucumbers) but beef noodle and the mee sua were the must-orders.

Got some vegan cakes for my vegan friend (◔ᴗ◔)

Manage your expectations because these are nothing like typical cakes. Instead, they taste more like COOKIE DOUGH, which I rather enjoyed as they were not overly sweet either. Of course you can convince yourself that it’s sorta less sinful.

The fishball noodle shall previously had a really long queue, so we jumped on the chance this time due to the short queue. Noodles unfortunately were a little too starchy, so perhaps the soup version might be better.
