Beef
Look at those glorious fats! I am usually health-conscious, but these are worth busting your diet plans for. Wagyu is from a special breed that has high levels of fat marbling. These fats have low melting point, giving the meat a melt-in-the-mouth texture. This dish comes in a huge portion, that can possibly serve up to six.
The $130 meat platter is definitely a must try from this restaurant. There are 7 dishes served in a generous amount that really satisfied our 4 pax meat cravings, starting from the crispy fish fillet that was very well done cooked although came out a little soggy but the taste wasn't compromised at all, served with delicious tartare sauce. Next thing we tried was the garden salad with amazing vinaigrette sauce. The sweet battered corn came a little bit overcooked to my liking, and the truffle french fries was quite standard. Then we moved on to the angus steak, It was really tasty and we enjoyed the slight charcoal burn taste. The grilled chicken leg was very well marinated, and grilled to the right amount to keep the meat juicy. The last dish we tried was the signature ribs that came with sweet and savoury glazing, the meat was overall tender and tasty. Not forget to mention that we had a lot of fun experience pairing and tasting a few different great Italian wines with different type of meat. I definitely recommend anyone to have at least a glass of their Italian wine, as this will give interesting boost of flavour of the meat, especially the grilled chicken. With just a short stroll from the 6th Avenue MRT, I would definitely come back and bring family and friends to try out great western food with reasonable price.
New York Strip in medium.
The steak needs no sauce except for the melted butter on the plate heated up to 180degrees. It was cozy setting with the old american style and the service was very personal. The quality of beef of course was great. Usually i love pairing my steak with bearnaise but this needs no sauce or condiments.
For sides, we had au gratin but i felt the potato slices wasnt soften enough.

One of the best I've eaten so far (less the Kobe beef I had in Kobe)#burpple #throwback
Prime rib cote de boeuf from Les Bouchon. Juicy and little burnt ends but very worth the money. Visit Http://sethlui.com for more food reviews!
