Healthy Food
This salad bowl was introduced by a friend. It's the typical mix and match concept where you pick your own ingredients for a fixed price.
What I like about it is that you can go without a base. No more unnecessary lettuce to munch on and a larger quantity of the ingredients I actually like! I also like their wasabi mayo sauce. Not many salad stalls has wasabi mayo so it's fast becoming my favourite shop in CBD.
As cliche as mass chain shopping mall food features feels like, I just thought I'd highlight soups from soup spoon as the healthy diet alternative. My usual would be subway or salad bowls but when I'm sick of the two, then I'll be inclined to choose the soups at the soup spoon.
Had this salmon bowl with barley and quinoa mix after a day working in the west. It's light and nicely done but honestly I prefer quinoa without the barley... other than that it's nothing out of this world but definitely a very decent lunch meal. It's also good to know that people living in ulu jurong west have something nice they can pamper themselves with.
Fell in love with the acai bowl when my friend first introduced to me. I found the chocolate banana acai smoothie at project acai one of my favourite beverages and what's more, it keeps you full! Awesome stuff!
I'm currently losing weight and there's close to no salad bowls at Nex. So I settled for the salad bowl at Stuff'd and boy was I stuffed! It's extremely filling and taste like a typical salad bowl. Not a bad choice if you got no other salad choices! It beats subway for sure...
I was attracted to this burger because of my love for meat balls. Turns out this is a vegetarian burger hahaha! The balls are made with fresh vegetables taken from the edible garden at Wildseed Cafe. I found the spices that went with the ingredients to give it an Indian swirl and surprisingly I found it tasty! A perfect dish for healthy, delicious and relaxing brunch!
This is a mix and match that would have me to be spoilt for choice. Love the quinoa that accompanies the runny yolk! 😋 give the chunky mushrooms and eggplant a go as well!! 👍🏻✨
Still one of the best poke bowls around! The large one came with 3 scoops of poke totalling 225g, with raw ahi tuna abd/or salmon in original, wasabi mayo or spicy mayo flavour. Mine had a seasonal poke too - prawns.

Interestingly, all bowls taste good regardless of how it was customised! This is perhaps due to the use of fresh fishes that tastes flavourful due to the use of marinate, and the interesting mix of textures.

Nice meeting you @karinashines, thanks for coming down on your off day! #poke #pokebowl
