This is by far the best sweet and sour pork I have eaten in a Long time .

Not only high in quality but very value for money .
It is restaurant standard at Hawker prices.

There’s everything to like about this sweet and sour pork .

From the freshly crispy fried pork morsels with high quality and well seasoned meat to the use of fresh pineapples and lots of ripened tomatoes .

Each piece of crispy pork is covered with that addictive home made sweet and sour sauce .

This is the stall at abc market which is in the middle row of the Hawker (about 2 stalls away from the satay stall)

I had a hard time recalling the name of this excellent tze char stall for my earlier postings that I just had to make a special trip down today to snap a photo of it.

Do see my earlier postings for the excellent review on the sweet and sour pork dish. Just by looking at the photo alone make one salivate .

I had the sambal kang kong today and again, it is one of the best renditions I have had . The problem with sambal kang Kong is that it is often dripping with oil or that the kang Kong is undercooked or that the kang Kong is simply too “ old”.

You will never have any of those issues mentioned above when you savour your sambal kang kong from this stall. The kang kong is always tender , nice and crisp and cooked just right . The home made sambal kang Kong is so addictive that you could polish a bowl of rice just with this dish alone.

Really high quality tze char in a Hawker setting - I would say even better than some Chinese restaurants out there .

And did I mention that the generous plate of sambal kang kong is just 5 dollars ?

The Chicken Cutlet is Super Crispy I Dun noe to Say . OMG it is super juicy tender crispy it really goes with their special tar tar Sauce. I wanted to go for their pork chop but i gotta to wait at least 45 mins Well Signature is their Chicken Chop. If u are hungry u need this is the right place that i am recommending. 2.5 munchies: While it was great that the rice was cooked from scratch (hence the waiting time of 20 mins or so), I prefer it in bigger grains and cooked al dente. Not only the tasteless chicken needed to be marinated longer, there was also not enough salted fish to contrast the dark soy sauce and sesame oil flavours. Oh, and I decided to forget about the missing bok choy in the dish since I ordered kai lan as a side.
