Open Farm Community is a huge and airy Dempsey restaurant with a large patio at the back for alfresco dining - see if you can spot the roving chickens! We love this spot for its farm-to-table eating philosophy and healthy menu, with dishes such as Roasted Chicken Thigh topped with kai lan and tamarind bbq sauce and Sweet Potato Tortellini. Burppler Tiffany Lim recommends the Local Peking Duck Rillette, which comes with crispy sourdough that "is so good, and this starter definitely makes you want to eat more."

Pop by this snazzy tea room in Forum for nostalgic Hong Kong-inspired treats. Order the melt-in-your-mouth Cold Foie Gras in Special Fermented Rice Wine ($16.80) for a well-balanced, sweet-and-sour appetizer. On mains, have the Seafood Rice Soup ($24.80) for comfort food at its finest or the tantalising Sweet & Sour Pork on Ice ($24.80) for fried pork drenched in a tangy sauce.

Grilled unagi that’s a little crispy in the outside, yet soft inside. There’s a few ways to eat it, by itself or with the soup. Complete with the experience of seeing the chef kill and grill the eel alive. only thing is to battle the long queues during dinner.
Looks gimmicky but tastes pretty good! The beef is braised, soft and sweet!
This is really one of the best roasted char siew I have ever had?! MUST TRY!! (Not available on Burpple beyond as part of their 1-for-1s but we had to get this & here’s a glorious 400g for us) Look at meat, with a shiny layer of melt-in-the-mouth fats, worth every calorie man 🙌🏻 the different sauces available are also so very good!! Had this with their yang zhou fried rice & XO fried rice, with their vegetables which were pretty good as well!
Yummy experience I had at Mitzo. Thou it's a little pricey, it's worth every cent for this meal! We tried the lemon sauce prawns and brinjal with minced pork. Will definitely come back for more!
