I choose here cause I didn't plan my itinerary to Hakodate but I heard that they have lots of Yummy seafood. Since the shop origin is from there, might as well have a taste lor.
Was somehow charmed by the Yokubari Don at their display too.😂
Yokubari Don(¥3980) which consists of 7 kind of seafood mainly Sea Urchin, Crab Meat, Grill Salmon Flake, Salmon Roe, Scallop, King Salmon and Prawn. Such freshness and natural umaminess of the seafood that will get you addicted to it.
Seriously, I just feel it's not enough for me.
Every bowl styles include Miso soup and Pickles.

Miso Butter Corn Ramen(¥1000)
Not really the best I had but still a decent bowl.
Soup is heavy and thick.
Pork fillet is soft and tender.
Noodles normal lor.
Vegetables gave is generous.

Mitsukuni Ramen(¥850) at Pekin-Tei had a strong base of fish broth with soy sauce. The bold flavour of the soup doesn't compromise the taste of the smooth wavy noodles and had a right amount of saltiness. Soft and tender cha shu is always a plus point.👌
Gyoza(¥350) is pan-fried nicely. Crisp on one side while leaving the other side soft. Generous amount of meat is stuff into it.😍 Juicy and meaty.
Not only focus on eating but one must enjoy the moment too.
Enjoy yourself in the theme park with a show of ninja, samurai and oiran or you can go tour their attractions or play some games or buy some souvenirs.

To reach this place and back is kinda of a challenge for me, as I am required to take the correct bus at the correct bus stop at the correct timing due to its frequency to Milk Kobo and back is little. The sense of fear😱 is there cause I'm in a tight schedule, need to catch the train to my next destination.
Its about a 10min ride but it seems like an eternity for me cause of the waiting. You might think why not a taxi? Cause there are no taxi at Milk Kobo. This place is advisable to come by driving unless you have loads of time.🚗
Head on back to the cafe, here is my order:
Choux Cream(¥170), 👍One of their Best selling product; indeed living up to its title. Choux Cream are also known as Cream Puff but theirs is a bit special. The Puff is firm and crispy by the feel of it but it stays airy. Meanwhile, am wondering should I suck the cream first or just bite together. While I am still deciding, I had my first bite unknowingly and it was disastrous. One bite is all it take for that overflowing cream to cover my mouth. Bite one side spray the other side.🤦‍♂️
But I admit that their cream is fresh, light, smooth and milky with a hint of vanilla. Oozing Goodness.😋
Cheese Tart(¥200) is rich in the cheese, creamy and delicious just that their crust I don't really like.
Cheesecake(¥170) is soft, light and fuffly. Cheese taste wise I feel can be stronger.
Egg Pudding Custard(¥170) nothing special.
Soufflé(¥180) is just like eating bread stuff with cream. Taste normal lor.

Teriyaki Chicken(¥1300) is what I had.
Happy to see the food truck chef spam its ingredients in preparing while I await for it.😍
After 10 min, the hot piping pizza is in my hands. As I take my first bite, didn't really feel anything awesome yet. Subsequent bites later, I am amaze at the amount of gooey cheese and sauces in it.
Every single bite is making me puffing out the hotness off the pizza while enjoying in this windy cold winter.
Sometime Simple Joy is just in front of you, just got to relax and feel it.
So glad is near my hotel and felt happy that I choose a right location as there are many other eating place around too.

The nearest eatery is at Grand Hirafu Mountain Center.
Anyway their menu also little choice, so I take the Katsu Curry with salad(¥1600).
Had to keep yourself hot right in this freezing weather.
One bite at the Pork Katsu and immediately you can hear and feel the crunchiness of it, with the soft and tender meat juice flowing in your mouth.
Pairing with Japanese Rice serve with savoury Japanese curry. Its a YUM YUM.😋
Happiness of an enjoyable meal is unexplainable.

Using Google Map, finding this place in this brrr-y cold winter got me to wonder am I in the right path cause the street is silent and can't see anyone was queueing.👣🌨️❄️🤔!?
It was around 5 plus 6 pm, and the night sky was pitch dark, feel like 11pm to me.
But I am glad that I came early as there is no queue because after I ate finish, the queue start to form already.🤗
I slide the door and enter, like every Jap eating place, the store will send their welcome greetings. Take a seat at the counter, and have a look at their menu. Its all in Jap, I can't understand it. No worries, simply request for the English menu.😁
Had their popular Tasty Miso Flavour Ramen(¥760) & Gyoza(¥380) and is indeed no doubt they are rated the best in Sapporo not only by foreigners but the locals too.👍
As the noodles arrived, I was in awe to see such a big bowl.大🍜 Thick chewy noodles in fragant smooth creamy rich miso broth with soft & tender pork fillet, bean sprout and seasoned bamboo shoot garnish with scallion. My person was like Ah...... Perfect for the cold while busy Slurping away the ramen. Shoorp~😋
So tastisfying till I want lick the bowl😂
Gyoza was pan-fried nicely with the outer crisp while the internal remain moist. The meat in it was generous and sweet too.

Kaki soba(¥1550-¥1700+tax), soba with oysters comes with oysters, shiitake mushroom, wheat gluten, yuzu citrus, scallion and trefoil.🍥🥢
Just look at the amount of oyster they give😍, generous. Noodles were Al dente and taste natural and did not spolit by the soup. Slurp it to your heart content as it is customary. Soup is light, distinct, refreshing and a bit citrus due to the yuzu.
Atsuyakitamago(¥700+tax) is basically baked roll-egg. Can't live without eggs🥚huh. Sweet soft tasty egg with their seasoned radish with the soup of buckwheat is full of amazement as it bring out the umaminess of it.
After finish eating soba, follow their custom to drink the soba-yu that is hot water which the noodles have been boiled in. It say to have many nutritional value in it.🍵

Double Fromage Cheese Cake is light, fluffy and airy with a smooth texture. It is also not too cheesy as you know some type will make you get sick of it if consume too much.
The set include a drink too so I choose their in house special.
The Sound of Carillon is a four flavour mix tea which consist of Figs, Ice Wine, Earl Grey &  Peach Apricot. Totally sweet and refreshing.
