Textbook perfect medium rare steak, topped off with the yummiest mushroom gravy that got me scraping the bottom of the saucer for more! Needless to say, the steak was delightful.
However, the downsides were that the fries felt a little stale/undercooked and the eggs weren’t particularly amazing.
Would I pay the full amount for this meal? Probably not. (Not to discredit The Marmalade Pantry — they’ve got better dishes) But it was definitely value for money with the Burpple 1-for-1!
