This grew on me more as i ate it! The tomato sauce tastes light but not watery since it’s full of what i assume is minced garlic. No overwhelming garlic taste though, surprisingly. They were generous with both the pasta and the sausage; pasta texture was perfect.
Probably one of the best aglio olios i’ve eaten (although i haven’t eaten many). When it came to the table I wanted to cry because the garlic smelt so good. The spaghetti was, as they say, al dente, and they were extremely generous with the bacon and mushroom. Would definitely come back for this with burpple beyond.
Had this at jewel actually. It was good - with the ikura and snow crab mayo thing, but i wish they could’ve been more generous with the salmon. Rice to meat proportion was not on point.
This was quite yummy, but ramen is almost always yummy. The broth was thick but just not as fragrant as my personal favourite at Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King Matsuri (which is probably terrible for your cholesterol). The char siew was also okay but not as good in texture and char as compared to Shiki Hototogisu at Jewel. I’m just comparing it to these two ramen places because they’re the only ones I have a strong impression of - there are probably others in sg just as good!
