Crispy edges with creamy and spicy chili crab filling. If nitpicking, would have appreciated more crab meat.
Savory and flavourful squid ink paella with strong umami notes. Texture of the rice was great with nice Socarrat from the edges. Also enjoyed the fresh and tender assortment of squid, clams, mussels, and fish. Would be keen to try their seafood paella next!
Super crispy and flaky baguette but resultantly on the drier side. The bread did not have much flavour by itself but didn’t quite mind as it allowed the ingredients to shine. The generous loading of meat and pickled vegetables made for a flavourful bite, enhanced by the sweet-sour pickles and bright cilantro.
Bami saigon ($5) comprised pate, pork ham, stew pork, and chicken floss (couldn’t quite distinguish the last element). While tender, the various meats were on the drier side and felt that creamier pate/ more mayo and sauce would have provided better bites.
Bami bbq chicken ($5) included tender grilled chicken coated with a lightly flavoured sweet bbq sauce. Less dry than the former but lacking in the chicken floss and lemongrass element stated on the menu.

𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐬 ($18) - Elevating the usual calamari. Crispy and lightly battered baby calamari fragranced with chorizo, topped with an onsen egg for added creaminess.

Black ink paella noodle with juicy clams and chewy squid. Personally found it a tad salty and the noodles a tad soft. Was also missing the classic socarrat that I enjoy most in a paella.

𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐩𝐨 𝐚 𝐥𝐚 𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚 ($24; +$6 for set) - Beauty in simplicity. Fresh and soft Atlantic octopus lightly seasoned with smoked paprika and evoo, allowing the natural seafood flavours to shine through. (Would recommend)
𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐞𝐲 ($18) - Crisp and warm sourdough bread served with beef tartare, creamy bone marrow, and caviar. Found the beef tartare overly seasoned such that the tangy vinegar flavour overpowered the other components. (Not a fan)
Tapas bar tasting menu at $79/6

Perfectly succulent grilled Iberico pork with melt-in-the-mouth fats and a gentle char. Enhanced by the apple honey cider gel.
