Trying another dish at our fav Zi char place. This is another secretly salted egg dish that they have. When we ordered, we had the idea of prawn meat balls and was surprised when whole prawns came. Was a bit disappointed when I ate it because the sauce doesn't get onto the meat. After that, the bf told me that I should suck on the prawn first before eating the meat. That really made the difference! Yum
My family loves the pumpkin pork ribs here! The pork ribs is coated with a pumpkin sauce with salted egg secretly hidden inside. The grouper was really fresh! And the soup was really heartwarming. Yam ring is yammy with a nice crunchy exterior 👍
