No, I'm not a punny person, that's the name of this dish. Basically the normal bowl plus onsen egg. I hadn't heard of this heritage stall and I beg pardons - it's one of the best I've eaten. The star of stars was obviously the handmade balls. Usually you suspect fishballs are handmade because there's something different - here no need suspect, it's super bouncy, oval and saltier than others. The meatball is more accurately a meat-fish ball. The peppery paste is mixed and gives a fishy texture. But what really completed the grand slam was the al dente noodles, which even if not homemade was unique. Add an onsen egg and wah, take my money.

Traditional fishball noodles with a twist! Onsen egg in the dry fishball noodles created a perfect balance in texture between the noodles and minced meat.
Handmade fish balls and meatballs here are fresh, made daily! Awesome texture.
