Seafood Cheese Beehoon ($9.90) was rich with flavours from the seafood and the cheese. First thoughts when I sampled the broth was that the cheese taste was similar to the nacho cheese dip, though in a good way. While not my favourite take on fusion seafood noodles, would recommend everyone to give it a try. Tuckshop rice ($1.90) was pretty generous in portion for the price, and was actually pretty addictive after mixing the yolk and sauce-drenched rice. The Sesame Buns ($3.90/pc, minimum 3pc) were deep fried mantous with a light crunch from the sesame seeds - very very enjoyable on its own but made better with the accompanying stir-fried pork and onion in a sweet & savoury glaze.

The food items were so so enjoyable, but when it came to the Yuzu Drink ($3) we were sorely let down, which tasted just like yuzu syrup and bits mixed with iced water. Would have been nice if it was a soda instead.

Have you heard of this spot that sells affordable dishes from only $1.90 ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿฅน

Previously located at Serangoon Garden, Nic & Tom Eatery has since shifted to Chinatown.

I had the seafood cheese beehoon in their previous location and this time round, we decided to try the scallop cheese beehoon. It comes with a generous portion, including prawns and succulent scallops ingredients. This fusion dish is quite unique and thereโ€™s no in between for this: you either love it, or hate it ๐Ÿคญ

First time trying this type of offal ($9). It has quite a chewy texture. Apart from the more unusual swirly intestine, the eatery also sells pig intestine ($8) which is on the fattier side ๐Ÿท

Appreciated how the signature bun remained crispy even after we took some time to take pictures of the food.

Revisited Nic & Tom Eatery after they relocated to their new space at Chinatown. We hadโ€ฆ

Even though the shop only serves one dessert, they do it well. Would recommend trying their creme brรปlรฉe. The ee fu noodle also comes with a good amount of ingredients. However, we did find the beef slices in the beef bowl rather tough and flower tea a little too sweet for our liking. Overall, some hits and misses.
