Niu Dian is a great representative of Taiwan ēŗ¢ē§ēčé¢.
They apparently haveĀ Michelin Bib Gourmand for Taiwanese Beef Noodles.
Their handmade noodles were of great texture and the broth was packed with flavours.
The beef short rib and cap here amazing too.
What you pay here is quality > quantity.
Pidan tofu was meh but the tofu was cold and it goes v well after many spoonful of beef noodles :)
Will probably come back when Iām around the area.
The beef noodles soup base is good and the beef is tender. You can add the braised sauce if you prefer a spicier soup base. Overall good place to satisfy cravings for beef noodles.
