Fresh, bouncey and succulent fish meat soaking up all the soy sauce essence with a touch of ginger, dates and mushroom that helps to add a steamy savoury flavour. Simple and healthy.
Set comes with a bowl of Thai fragrant white rice, a bowl of tasty clear soup and a side dish. I chose Braised Cabbage with Oyster Sauce. Cabbage were soft yet crunchy and were densely flavoured with oyster sauce.

The smoothest steamed egg I ever had. Eggy and filter properly. Nice wobbly custard texture. Steamy hot too. The soy add a light savoury tone to it. Chewy minced meat were little tho.

Pretty reasonable price for a stall at Kopitiam. Perfectly roasted chicken with savory chicken rice. Such comfort food could be found within walking distance. Another reason why I prefer to stay in SG.
