Orgo is a beautiful rooftop hidden bar and restaurant known for 'organic chemistry'. Their food menu is sufficient (their cocktails and drinks menu is more extensive) and includes the 2 mains seen here (due to dark ambience my phone camera doesnt do the food justice), with special for the night Wagyu Beef w mushroom and wedges ($48) and Cod Fish with Green Curry ($40).
The beef was wayyyyy more value for money than the cod fish!

Their food menu is sufficient and includes starters seen here - Hummus Pockets, with chickpeas, garlic, beets, jalapeño and of course pita bread ($14).

They have limited menu options, plenty drinks (alcohol) choices. We tried the Paella ($38 with olive) and beef tenderloin $38 for sharing. We had appetitser - Hummus Charasau & Brauschetta. The food is good! Desserts were limited too. Service crew were attentive and friendly. Dark ambience as the sun sets.
Oopsy wish I had taken a better photo of this dish. I loved this! The truffle taste wasn't over powering. This is how all truffle fries should taste (and look)! You can even see a slice of the black truffle here. 🙂
For most big bars in SG, I sometimes got disapointed on how poor they value their drinks presentation, including serving whisky with ice cubes in a plastic glass (that's two yellow cards!) But Orgo knows how to get it right, even for a new customer like me who initially just ordered a single shot. Definitely worth it to get a space here and enjoy your drinks with such a view.
One of the best paella 🥘 in SG! Had this for my birthday dinner with lovely @thechoyalicious ! Enjoy tasty paella with great view ( you can see the entire MBS) , definitely a place to chillax!
