Parsley & Thyme is a 30-seater cosy restaurant featuring a mix of European and Mediterranean cuisine. Signature starters include the very authentic French Onion Soup— blanketed with a generous layer of grilled gruyère cheese; the soup has been raved by some critics as one of the dishes you must eat in Singapore. Other signature mains include the popular seasonal stewed beef cheeks, the 100% grass-fed open fire grilled New Zealand beef tenderloin steak, and Halibut en Papillotte, served with a bed of sautéed mix vegetables in a white wine sauce.
