I love such establishments. Warm senior couple from Putian cooking up Putian cuisine. Instead of lychee pork, we gambled on this. The fry was unique and skilful. The batter was like biscuit, yet was airy and not oily at all. If anything, the squid was quite minimal. The dipping sauce seemed like just soy sauce.
